Here is a little background

Hello, I'm Josh 💯 I'm a software developer who completed the Lighthouse Lab web development boot camp. During the boot camp, 🌟 I gained hands-on experience in various programming languages, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Ruby on Rails, Node.js, Postgresql and much more. I also learned essential skills such as version control using Git and project management. Through a combination of lectures, projects, and teamwork, I developed a strong understanding of the web development ecosystem and gained the ability to create responsive, dynamic web applications. 👨‍💻 Since graduating from the bootcamp, I have continued to build on their knowledge and skills, taking on various personal projects to hone their skills and explore new technologies. With a solid foundation in web development and a passion for learning, I'm excited to continue my journey as a software developer, seeking new opportunities to grow and contribute to the tech industry.

Case study 1 of 7: Medium 2.0

Medium 2.0 app is built on TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind CSS and Sanity on the backend. It is fully responsive to any view. The application includes a comment feature, enabling users to submit comments subject to approval before being displayed on the website. Practiced TypeScirpt, ServerSideRendering, and using Sanity CMS. Followed @SonnySangha's tutorial

Case study 2 of 7: Deliveroo 2.0

Deliveroo 2.0 is a mobile app where users can see the restaurants, add the menu to the basket, place an order and see the map with the pin. This app is built on React Native, Redux to manage global state, and Map box integration using Expo and Sanity on the backend. Followed @SonnySangha's tutorial

Case study 3 of 7: Airbnb 2.0

Airbnb 2.0 is an app where users experience an Airbnb-like design and can search the location with the calendar. When they search the location, the map box shows up with the stored data. Practiced ServerSideRendering and Mapbox integration, followed by @SonnySangha's tutorial.

Case study 4 of 7: Gamers Generation

Gamers Generation is a full web application that supports sign/log-in, matching with the users and chatting with the users. The app was built with React, Express, SASS and PostgreSQL and tested by StoryBook. We worked as a small team to make the app from scratch, set up a relational database, and learned to contribute via Git.

Case study 5 of 7: TikTik - TikTok Clone

TikTok clone - TikTik is an app with Google Log In and Log Out Authentication. This app is built for practice TypeScript, advanced state management for React, Next.js best practices such as file-based routing and Sanity. Fully responsive design with a watch video, comment, search, profile page, and filter by tag features. Followed @javascriptmastery's tutorial.

Case study 6 of 7: ChatGPT 2.0

ChatGPT 2.0 - BangGPT is an app with Google Log In and Log Out Authentication. It has a cross-platform design and mounted openAI's davinci-3 model. When there is a delay, users will see the notification from hot toast. Fully built on TypeScript and real-time Firebase on the backend connected to openAI API. Followed @SonnySangha's tutorial.

Interview Scheduler is a single-page app built with React, Webpack, Babel, Axios, and Webpack Dev Server. This app was tested by StoryBook, Jest, Cypress
